RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy:

1. Non-Refundable
   2. Only Exchange will be allowed for same or higher value

Exchange Policy:

1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. 
   2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
   3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.4. 
   4. Self-shipping: In-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
